In 2010/2011 the MPA donated £9,390 to the school.

This included purchasing or donating towards:

Netball Bibs
Geography equipment including 1 document display camera MFL, Edirol MP3 recorder and 1 HDD/DVD recorder
Art equipment including 2 Digital SLR cameras and 2 Graphic A5 Tablets
Nessy games player/Word mania for Learning Support
Yamaha Piccolo YPC32 for Music
Junior School play equipment

This was raised from a combination of subscriptions and fundraising events.

Make money for The Maynard?

The Maynard Parents Association have launched a new scheme in collaboration with Qwertyword Ltd, who sell surplus books, sheet music, modern Ordnance Survey maps, and copies of National Geographic Magazine on the internet. Qwertyword will sell these items on behalf of Maynard parents, staff and well-wishers, and will pay the net proceeds to The MPA.

If you would like to donate your unwanted books and raise money for The Maynard, please arrange to bring them to the Estates Office at The Maynard School. Books can only be dropped off on FRIDAYS please. Please be sure to label each bag or box clearly with 'MPA'.
