Archive

The School has a substantial, and ever-expanding, archive of documents, photographs and Maynard artefacts dating back to the 1890s. We are always delighted to receive new contributions, so please let us know if you have any photographs we could copy, and do not forget about us if you are having a clear out of School mementos.

The 350th Anniversary Celebrations in 2008

The 350th Anniversary Celebrations in 2008 brought home just how much our alumnae enjoy staying in touch with the School and with each other, and have opened up all sorts of opportunities for new events and initiatives. We are working hard to organise an Exeter Girls’ Careers Fair for Year 9 pupils from all local schools, and also a Reception and Netball match for current sixth formers and recent leavers. The Old Maynardians Society is undergoing important changes too, and is heading towards becoming a charity in its own right, to recognise, and to promote, its efforts in giving financial support to girls in need.
