The Old Maynardians Society
The Old Maynardians' Society was set up in the 1880s to help ex-students build links with each other and maintain contact with the School. More than 125 years later, the Society is still working hard to fulfil those aims.
The Old Maynardians' Society is currently in the process of becoming a charity in its own right, and has applied for registration with the Charity Commission. Charitable status will be important to the OMS because it allows for clarification of the Society's purpose and activities e.g. providing financial support to girls in need.
Membership
OMS Members receive the Maynard News magazine twice a year, which is packed with news of other Old Girls and updates about the School. We are always pleased to receive contributions for inclusion in the magazine; these might be memories, news updates, or appeals to old friends to get in touch. To send items for inclusion in the next magazine, please contact us by emailing development@maynard.co.uk.
