Before and After School Care
Our wraparound care (from 8am until 5.30pm) is provided at no additional cost to parents and is specially designed to allow you the opportunity to drop off early and/or pick up a little later to fit in with your own diaries.
Should you need to drop your daughter earlier then 8.30am or have her stay past 3.30pm, then she will automatically go into our fully inclusive wrap around provision.
Early Drop-Off Provision
School is open from 8.00am. Please drop your daughter to the Pre-Prep gate where she will be supervised by members of school staff in the Pre-Prep playground.
Late Pick-Up Provision
Anyone not collected by 3.40pm will be signed into Owls (Pre-Prep Late room) where they will be supervised by members of school staff. They will have a small snack and the opportunity to do quiet activities after their busy day of learning.
This supervision continues until 5.30pm. Please pick your daughter up by 5.30pm at the latest.
Should you need to drop your daughter earlier then 8.30am or have her stay past 3.50pm, then she will automatically go into our fully inclusive wrap around provision.
Early Drop-Off Provision
School is open from 8.00am. Please drop your daughter to the Junior School gate where she will be supervised by members of school staff on the double courts or in the Junior School hall if very wet.
Late Pick-Up Provision
Anyone not in a club and not collected by 4.00pm will be registered in Junior School lateroom. This is time to unwind or play with other girls while being supervised by school staff. Girls are welcome to bring a healthy snack if required.
This supervision continues until 5.30pm when you collect your daughter. Please ensure they have been signed out by staff on duty.
Early Drop-Off Provision
Should you need to drop your daughter in to school between 8.00am and 8.20am, or need her to stay past 4.00pm, then she will automatically go to our fully inclusive wraparound provision.
School is open from 8.00am. Girls from Upper 3 (Year 7) to Upper 5 (Year 11) who arrive between 8.00am and 8.20am must go straight to the Library and work quietly there. They may not go to their form rooms before 8.20am.
Late Pick-Up Provision
if your daughter has no clubs to attend and prefers a little unwind time after her busy day, she is most welcome to go straight to the school library, after signing in at Reception, where she will be supervised doing homework or playing quiet games. This supervision continues until 5.30pm. When parents come to collect their daughters we kindly ask them to sign them out at Reception.
