Four teams were out in force last weekend training for Ten Tors, building serious endurance with a full top-to-bottom crossing of Dartmoor over two days on a variety of challenging routes.
Saturday’s efforts were boosted by some fabulous weather compared to all our recent training, though Sunday was back to the oh-so-familiar wind and driving rain of recent months! Each team still covered 50km+, with some clocking up even more miles thanks to impassable river crossings – true expedition conditions!
As always, every single student was outstanding, getting closer and closer to smashing the full event in May. A huge well done to them and a massive thank you to our incredible volunteers, who braved the same wild conditions to support our teams every step of the way!
