On Wednesday, our Lower 4 historians enjoyed a fantastic trip to Buckland Abbey, where they spent the day learning about life in Tudor England at the home of none other than Sir Francis Drake. The Buckland Abbey team’s Christmas decorations made for a beautiful backdrop to the group’s exploration of Drake’s adventures, and the Tudor costume workshop was a definite highlight!
