Brilliant Performing Arts Enrichment Trip to London

Our amazing GCSE and A-level Drama and Music students just enjoyed a brilliant weekend in London, immersing themselves in some of the very best of the capital’s performing arts and cultural scene!

Their packed weekend began with watching Much Ado About Nothing at Shakespeare’s Globe, featuring a stellar cast, followed by a fantastic performance of Sondheim’s Into the Woods at the Noel Coward Theatre. In between, there was plenty of time to take in the sights and atmosphere.

Then after a busy Saturday, the group attended Choral Mattins at St Paul’s Cathedral on Sunday morning, enjoying extraordinary music in stunning surroundings (and the good fortune of being seated very close to the choir!), before fitting in some final sightseeing and heading home.

What an incredible experience – one that will stretch and inspire their studies in ways that will stay with them long beyond the trip!
