Shaking things up with ice cream in a bag

Spur-of-the-moment ice cream in a heatwave? Yes please!

During last week’s hot weather, Upper 4 (Year 9) had great fun making impromptu ‘ice cream in a bag’ in Food & Nutrition. Using just a few ingredients, zip-lock bags, and plenty of enthusiastic shaking for 5-10 minutes, they made a delicious frozen treat – the perfect summer dessert!
