The Under 14 Netball team continues to stamp its dominance on the courts with an excellent victory over Millfield School on Wednesday 11 January 2017. The entire team put on a faultless exhibition against a very strong opposition, to take the match with relative ease 33-25.
“This is a class team,” said Mrs Wood, The Maynard’s netball coach. “As the reigning Devon County Champions there is no doubt that they have the potential to win against the best in the country and we’re really excited to have qualified for the Regional Finals of the National Schools Competition on Saturday 28 January 2017. The Under 19 team is also heading to the finals as the Devon County runners-up so there will be plenty to support and cheer for!”
