The classrooms are quiet and our hearts are full after yesterday’s triumphant Summer Celebration, marking the end of another academic year of learning, laughter, success and so many memories made.
A huge number of our school community gathered at Sandy Park for a fantastic send-off, including a huge prizegiving ceremony recognising our absolutely amazing students complemented by beautiful performances from Catherine (Lower 4, Year 8), a group of our Upper 6s (Year 13), Claudia (Lower 6, Year 12), Katie (Upper 4, Year 9) and the Middle School Choir. And of course, we couldn’t wave farewell (for now!) without coming together for a hearty rendition of our iconic school songs!
To yesterday’s prize winners: CONGRATULATIONS! And to all of our wonderful Maynard students, staff and wider community: thank you so much for making 2024-25 so remarkable! We wish you the most wonderful summer break!
