Our amazing Sixth Formers have officially started another year of their mentoring scheme, helping GCSE students at Paignton Academy get to grips with their GCSE subjects via weekly Zoom calls!
The scheme began last year and proved to be fantastic for both mentors and mentees; students in other local schools had a brilliant revision boost in time for their big exams, and Maynard mentors built on their public speaking skills and consolidated GCSE knowledge to support them in their A-levels. We can’t wait to see what year two will bring!
