Our Under 16 Hockey team was crowned the Devon champions following victory in the National Schools County final tournament on Wednesday 11 October.
Unbeaten in all three of their pool matches, they went through to take an impressive 4-0 win against West Buckland in the semi-finals. The final against Blundell’s was a much tougher affair but our girls were just unstoppable and held onto their lead to finish as County champions on a score of 1-0.
Tellingly, the team did not concede a single goal in all five of their matches!
