Our Ten Tors teams and Duke of Edinburgh girls enjoyed a rare weekend of sunshine, if at times it was a little chilly, on Dartmoor over the weekend of 25/26 March 2017. More accustomed to driving rain, hail or a ferocious wind this was a rare treat and the girls dug deep to finish some testing hikes over tricky terrain on both days, and always with a smile on their faces.
The Gold DofE girls are now looking forward to their qualifying expedition in the Brecon Beacons in August whilst the Ten Tors teams have just one more training weekend until the big event itself on 5–7 May 2017.
