We couldn’t be prouder of our Sixth Form students’ recent Chemistry Olympiad results! Not only did everyone who entered win prizes, but our fabulously clever chemists brought home a whopping five Gold certificates, making this a truly record-breaking year for us!
The Chemistry Olympiad, organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry, is a challenge designed to test chemical knowledge with real-world chemistry problems. The prestigious Gold award was only obtained by around 8% of almost 15,000 entries across the UK.
Huge congratulations to Bethany, Helena, Matilda, Megan and Joey for their Gold awards, plus Fiona, Megan and Rowena for their Silver awards and Louise for her Bronze award.
