Amazing Maynard adventurers taking on the Gold Duke of Edinburgh challenge have recently returned from their latest practice expedition, this time trekking across the breathtaking Brecon Beacons in Wales. Over the span of four days, the group came together to hike along the mountain range, practising their navigation and camping overnight – essential skills for their qualifying expeditions later in the year. Everyone did a fantastic job and are well on their way to being Gold champions!
