Our fantastic purpose-built Food & Nutrition room is always a smorgasbord of creativity and culinary technique. It’s hard to miss the delicious smells that float down the corridor from our young chefs’ handiwork – Lower 4’s (Year 8) pizzas were positively mouthwatering last Friday!
Students come away from lessons with not only delicious food cooked from scratch, but also a strong understanding of human nutrition, knowledge of how to make the most of local and seasonal ingredients, and cooking skills to set them up for life. No wonder the subject is a fan favourite!
