Last week, our tennis enthusiasts Katie (Lower 4, Year 8), Giselle (Upper 4, Year 9), Joey (Lower 6, Year 12), and Madeline (Upper 6, Year 13, captain) had a lovely afternoon on the court, making the most of the (somewhat) sunny weather for the U18 Aberdare Senior Tennis Fixture. Coming up against Taunton School, girls played some fantastic close games with lots of tie breaks and deuces, keeping opponents on their toes. Although they lost overall, they still enjoyed every match and showed great skill with a racket – ‘ace’ job team!
