There has been so much going on in the Food & Nutrition department with students continuing with their practical work in their homes. The Lower 5 GCSE students have been enjoying some technical work – Harriet has successfully boned a chicken, Chloe has made beautiful Angel cakes and Anna has made a delicious Bakewell tart whilst a number of them have also made meringue kisses.
Meanwhile, there have been mouth wateringly delicious fruit tarts created by the Upper 4 and some fabulous salads from the Upper 3 who embraced their Healthy Eating Module with much creativity!
