A busy penultimate week of summer fun

The penultimate week of the Summer Term has provided plenty of exciting new experiences for students in both the Junior and Senior School. Whilst the students in Upper 5 enjoyed a week of work experience in a number of companies both in Devon and further afield, the Lower 5 language girls were soaking up the culture on their trip to La Rochelle. Others from this year group, as well as the Lower 6, were treated to a surf trip to Croyde in the glorious sunshine and the Upper 3s and Lower 4s had a tremendous time on their residential trips to Dartmoor and Osmington Bay respectively. Then there was the four-day Stratford Trip for the Lower 6 English group, the Biology field trip to Slapton, the Chalke Valley History Festival and, for the Year 4 girls, some closer to home activities including kayaking and dragon boating at Haven Banks. The list could go on such is this time of year but, suffice to say, and excellent time has been had by all!
